About Captain Benders Tavern.
Benders' popularity has made it the most successful Tavern in Southern Washington County. Come down to Benders Tavern and discover for yourself why we are Sharpsburg’s most popular bar. We are a local hangout for college students, young professionals, pool players, music lovers, hard working folks and even the admired retired folks. We are dedicated to our customers and the local Community. Benders will host two charitable benefit fundraisers each year. One in the spring for the local arts community and one in the fall for the Sharpsburg area EMS. Photos from past benefits are displayed in the photo section.
